We are currently seeking qualified individuals for a Full-Time Business Loan Coordinator position.  This role will be located at our Brockton branch in North Austin by The Domain.


The ideal candidate will have experience with SBA, commercial real estate, and conventional business loans.  These experiences can be in loan servicing, processing/closing, and general business lending admin support, or a combination of each



The Business Loan Coordinator is responsible for business loan portfolio servicing, administration of a business loan participation program, SBA loan re-sell activities, SBA loan monitoring, loan documentation and closing, and support of all Business Lending initiatives.


Act as first point of contact for loan servicing, monitoring, and reporting between Amplify Members, internal departments, applicable governmental agencies, and third parties

Produce periodic reports to ensure that all loans are serviced and monitored in compliance with closing conditions, Amplify polices, and applicable laws

Ensure that all loan files are accurately documented, scanned, and stored

Develop and implement file documentation workflow

Coordinate SBA guarantee re-sale opportunities through relationships with secondary market buyers

Monitor competitive bids and identify most profitable opportunities to sell SBA guarantees

Ensure timely and accurate servicing, monitoring, reporting, to maintain SBA compliance for sold loans

Ensure accurate and timely exchange of information between Amplify and participant stakeholders

Produce periodic statements of participant account activity and other Accounting reports

Coordinate and document wire transfers among participation partners

Develop loan documents for select loan types

Track outstanding loan documents

Compile all loan documents received into appropriate application files within applicable timeframes

Perform pre-closing lien searches and post-closing lien perfection activity

Perform a post-closing file review after all documents have been received; notify the Vice President, Business Lending of any exceptions

Coordinate loan closings with Business Loan Officer, Underwriters, Attorneys, and other Third Parties

Disburse business loan proceeds and draw proceeds constructions loans, lines of credit

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in related field desired.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience preparing documentation for commercial loans.  Related financial industry experience (mortgage lending and banking) preferred with Credit Union experience highly desired.     

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must be bondable.  

Software & Equipment Requirements  

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

General knowledge of credit union/financial services

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A passion for people and service, as well as a dedication to building relationships with members

Ability to work with members and staff tactfully and professionally, both personally and on the phone

Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision

Strong computer skills and proficiency with keyboarding in a PC/Windows environment, with an aptitude for learning new software programs

Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
