Recognition We recognize that the success of our organization depends on the contribution of the team members within it. Our recognition program is designed to honor those contributions. - Champion Award - honors team members who go above and beyond to assist internal or external customers
- Pursuit of Excellence Award - recognizes team members for achieving certifications or degrees, publishing an article, representing AMPLIFY by speaking at an event, participating in a professional development group, or holding a leadership role in a professional association
- Keen Observer Award - recognizes team members who have protected AMPLIFY and our members by applying keen observation skills to prevent fraud
- Blaze Award - recognizes team members who have blazed a trail with actions that are outside the scope of their job and benefit Amplify by:
- providing leadership, or
- recognizing and suggesting efficiencies or opportunities that Amplify goes on to implement
- Back Office Member Advocate (annual) -honors a Back Office individual who strives to produce the best possible outcome for our members. This person is someone who regularly:
- bends over backwards to assist front office team members with member needs, and who doesn't hesitate to help a member directly if the situation arises, and/or
- looks for ways to improve back office processes to enhance the member experience we provide
- Front Office Member Advocate (annual) -honors a Front Office individual who strives to produce the best possible outcome for our members and truly help them achieve financial success. This person has a passion for:
helping members by cross-selling the best products and services for each unique situation, bringing up new ideas to better serve them, speaking out on issues of concern, and engaging in healthy debate to help members accomplish their goals.
- Department of the Year (annual) -recognizes a department which demonstrates exemplary professionalism and enforces accountability in the achievement of credit union goals at all levels of the organization
- Outstanding Achievement (annual) -
This award recognizes one Manager/Supervisor and one team member who has had a remarkably positive impact on Amplify team members, members and the community during the prior year while upholding our values of Commitment, Honesty, Respect, Service, and Accountability Tenure Award - honors team members who have reached a milestone anniversary with AMPLIFY Community Involvement Community involvement is an important part of our culture. Our business success is built on the community around us, now more than ever. Therefore, we believe it is our responsibility to give back to those who support our growth. Through volunteerism, we can strengthen the communities around us and strengthen our business as well. We encourage every team member to give back to the community in some way. To facilitate this, we offer paid time off through our Community Care Program so that our team members may participate in volunteer projects that occur during their normal work day. Full-time team members receive up to 40 hours a year while part-time team members receive up to 20 hours a year. |
