At AMPLIFY, our culture starts with our mission statement:  To provide innovative yet simple choices that help smart, successful people achieve more.  Our mission statement proclaims what we do and who we do it for. Recognition
We recognize that the success of our organization depends on the contribution of the team members within it. Our recognition program is designed to honor those contributions. 

• Champion Award - honors team members who go above and beyond to assist internal or external customers
• Pursuit of Excellence Award - recognizes team members for achieving certifications or degrees, publishing an article, representing AMPLIFY by speaking at an event, participating in a professional development group, or holding a leadership role in a professional association
• Community Caring Award - honors team members who better the community through a one-time or short-duration volunteer event
• Humanitarian Award - honors team members who volunteer 40+ hours per year
• Bright Idea Award - provides recognition to team members who suggest process improvements that save time or money, add value, or increase our ability to serve our members 
• Blaze Award -   recognizes team members who have blazed a trail with actions that demonstrate one or both of the following core values:
  Ourselves and our ability to lead - Shouldering a leadership role, either formally or informally, that helps to drive the business forward in a positive way;
  No boundaries - Taking a giant step outside the "comfort zone" of what is known to improve our ability to serve our members and become Austin's favorite financial institution.
• President's Outstanding Achievement Award (annual) - awarded to individuals who have demonstrated honest and effective leadership in creating a positive and meaningful environment for team members, members and community
• Department of the Year (annual) -recognizes a department which demonstrates exemplary professionalism and enforces accountability in the achievement of credit union goals at all levels of the organization.
• Team Member of the Year (annual) - recognizes an exemplary team member in the organization.
• Tenure Award - honors team members who have reached a milestone anniversary with AMPLIFY
