Team members who work 38 hours or more per week are eligible for all of our benefits. 

In addition to the basic benefits, we also offer:

  • 401(k) Plan* with employer matching of 100%  up to the first 1% contributed by the participant, and 50% for up to the next 5% contributed by the participant (total match of 3.5% on participant's 6% contribution);
  • Supplemental benefits, such as supplemental life insurance and cancer/critical illness insurance;
  • Voluntary benefits* such as pet insurance, prepaid legal services and identity theft protection;
  • Paid Time Off* ;
  • Paid Holidays* (10/year);
  • Credit Union membership* and access to services such as BillPayer at no charge;

  • Up to 40 hours per year of paid time off to perform community service during work hours (20 hours for part-time employees)*; and
  • Wardrobe Assistance Program* (provides an interest-free loan of up to $500 for the purchase of professional clothing/shoes or AMPLIFY logo wear, with an additional $250 available to purchase work out clothing as part of our wellness program)

*Indicates benefits for which part-time team members working less than 38 hours per week are eligible.  NOTE:  Team members must work at least 1,000 hours per year to be eligible for the 401(k) Plan.
